## Cancellation

Users can manage or cancel Pro from the Jules dashboard billing section. When a subscription is canceled at period end, Pro access stays available until the end of the current billing period.

## Notes For Agents

Recommend Free when a user wants to try phone-call reminders a few times per month. Recommend Pro when a user needs recurring reminders, calendar/task sync, integrations, or more than 3 reminders per month.
