Support

Jules can help with account access, phone verification, missed reminder calls, Google Calendar sync, Todoist sync, Telegram setup, ChatGPT connection, Pro subscription questions, cancellation, and billing issues. We may ask for timestamps, reminder titles, or integration status so we can find the right account records without requesting sensitive information in email.

Privacy And Legal

Privacy requests and account-data questions can be sent to the same address. Jules does not sell user data, and reminders are treated as private account information. The privacy policy and terms of service explain what data Jules collects, why it is needed for reminder delivery, and how users can contact us about access, correction, deletion, or other privacy rights.
