Jules is an AI-powered reminder service that calls you before scheduled tasks. We use voice AI technology to deliver personalized reminder calls to your phone.

Eligibility

  1. Accurate information: Your phone number must be valid, belong to you, and you must be authorized to receive calls on it
  2. Geographic availability: Jules supports phone numbers in most countries where Twilio operates. However, call delivery to certain regions may vary and is not guaranteed
  3. One account per person: Do not create multiple accounts
  4. Lawful use: Do not use Jules for any illegal, harmful, or abusive purposes
  5. No misuse: Do not attempt to reverse engineer, exploit, or interfere with our service

By using Jules, you acknowledge and consent to:

Third-party services

Jules relies on third-party services including Vapi (voice AI), Twilio (telecommunications), Supabase (data storage), and Google (authentication/calendar). Your use of Jules is also subject to their respective terms of service.

Service availability

Limitation of liability

Jules is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law:

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. For users in the European Economic Area, nothing in these Terms affects your rights under mandatory consumer protection laws in your country of residence.

We encourage you to contact us first to resolve any disputes. If we cannot resolve a dispute informally, legal proceedings may be brought in the courts of England and Wales, or in your country of residence if required by law.
