Step 2
Choose which events call.
Jules uses AI to judge importance from event titles, so a dentist appointment can rank above a lunch break. Pick how selective it should be.

Step 3
Sync, then let it ring.
Make sure sync is active and select Sync now. Imported events get a call 20 minutes before they start, so start with one more than 20 minutes away.

Questions, answered.
Can I connect work and personal Google accounts?
Yes. Routine includes up to five connected Google accounts under one Jules subscription. Each account contributes its primary calendar. Your original account counts if connected, and paused accounts still count. Additional and shared calendars within an account are not included.
Which events will Jules import?
Jules checks each connected account’s primary calendar for events in the next 48 hours, up to 50 events per account per sync. It skips all-day events and applies the importance preference you chose. Give an event a start time if you want a call reminder.
When will Jules call?
Imported events start with a call scheduled 20 minutes before the event. Sync more than 20 minutes ahead: if that call time has already passed, the reminder can appear in Jules without a call scheduled. Check the reminder and its call time in your dashboard.
Why hasn’t my event appeared?
Check that the event is on your primary calendar, has a start time, and starts within the next 48 hours. Then check your importance preference, Routine access, and calendar connection. Make sure the account’s sync is active, then select Sync now. Events already imported won’t be imported again.
What if I move or cancel an event?
Update or delete its reminder in Jules too. Once an event has been imported, later changes in Google Calendar don’t update the Jules reminder.
Can I pause or disconnect my calendar?
Yes. In Settings, open the account’s three-dot menu under Google Calendar and choose Pause sync, Resume sync or Disconnect calendar. Pausing or disconnecting stops new imports. Existing reminders and sign-in access stay in Jules. Delete any reminder you no longer want a call for.
Will Jules ring if my phone is on silent?
Jules makes a regular phone call, so your phone settings, spam filters, and carrier still apply. It can’t override silent mode or Do Not Disturb. Use Call me now in Settings to check that your phone receives a Jules call.
Do I need Routine to connect my calendar?
Yes. Routine includes up to five Google accounts, with the primary calendar synced from each. You can use Free to create reminders yourself, including one-off, weekly, and monthly calls. See pricing.
