Multiple Google Accounts, One Jules

Work meetings in one Google account, personal appointments in another? You can now connect up to five Google accounts to Jules on Routine. Jules syncs each account's primary calendar and turns important events into phone-call reminders, all using your existing plan, phone number and reminder preferences.

Manage each calendar separately

In Settings, open Google Calendar and use the + button to add an account. Each connected account shows its email and sync status, with a menu to pause, resume, reconnect or disconnect that calendar. Paused calendars still count towards the five-account limit.

Disconnecting a calendar stops new imports. Reminders already created stay in your reminder list, where you can cancel them if needed.

Sign in with your connected accounts

You can also use a connected Google account to sign in to the same Jules account. Your subscription, phone number and reminders stay together, whichever linked account you use. Disconnecting its calendar does not remove its sign-in access.

This release supports the primary calendar from each Google account. Additional or shared calendars within an account are not included yet.

Open your dashboard, then go to Settings to add a Google account.
